We follow a strict quality control process. Returns are accepted only under limited conditions as mentioned below.

1. Eligible Return Cases Only

Returns/replacements are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Missing items in shipment

No return is allowed for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return/replacement, the customer must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory for verification)
  • Images of damaged/wrong product (if applicable)

4. Product Condition Rules

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Any tampering will lead to rejection of request

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds are credited within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used puja items (once opened/used)
  • Custom-made or special order products
  • Bulk orders (unless damaged or wrong delivery)
